Public Hearing and Order relative to a new victualer license for Mark Nolt of North View Farm.

Description
Mark Nolt from North View Farm is requesting permission to park his trailer at 183 US Route 1, and sell produce and baked goods from his farm. Mr. Nolt has obtained permission from the business owner, David Jones to use a portion of his parking lot for this purpose. Weather permitting, he plans to be there on Saturdays from 9:30-3:00. Attached please find the application, letter of intent, site plan, letter of permission from property owner, and State of Maine HHE-602 License.
