Summary
Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to categorize the Falmouth Memorial Library as a municipal use.
A public comment period will be included with this item (5 minutes).
ACTION: Schedule order.
Description
The Falmouth Memorial Library has requested the Town provide accommodation for limited library services in the Town Hall during the construction of the new library. In order to accommodate this use without triggering a review for zoning compliance, the library would be classified as a municipal use in the same manner as the schools.
