Description
The Presumpscot Point Homeowners Association has submitted an application for street acceptance of Cleaves Farm Road and Maple Street. Town staff are seeking Council guidance as to whether this application should proceed as proposed, considering the Town's street connectivity policy.
The Town Council discussed this matter at its March 13, 2017 meeting. At that meeting, the Council requested staff conduct an analysis on the cost of maintaining roads measured as cost/mile. The Council also requested staff provide a current inventory of private roads.
