Summary
Order to approve a supplemental appropriation and transfer in the amount of $185,574 from the Subdivision Inspection Special Revenue Fund to the Fire Department Vehicle CIP fund.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
This item was presented to the Finance Committee at its March 27 meeting as part of a plan to finance the new tower truck using existing Town funds instead of issuing debt. The Subdivision Inspection Special Revenue Fund is inactive and has a balance of $185,574 which will be used in conjunction with the approved Budget appropriation of $892,000 (which included use of $547K from Uncommitted Fund Balance).
