Summary
Order to establish a new Council Ad-hoc subcommittee to make recommendations to the Council regarding zoning amendments and licensing requirements, as needed, related to retail (commercial) marijuana enterprises in Falmouth.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Council will discuss the next steps with regards to drafting an ordinance and regulations to address retail marijuana. The Council Chair and Vice-chair have proposed the establishment of a new Council Ad-hoc subcommittee that is described in the attached order.
