I-295 to Close Briefly January 5 Between 10pm & 2am

MaineDOT has advised that utility work on the Bucknam Road Bridge over I-295 at exit 10 will require a short full closure of I-295 (both northbound and southbound lanes) to accommodate the removal and replacement of overhead wires. This closure will take place between 10:00pm and 2:00am on Thursday, January 5 with assistance from the Maine State Police. The closure will last no longer than 25 minutes. Advance warning will be posted on message boards to allow traffic to exit the interstate prior to the closure area.
