Proposed Contract Zone – Homestead Farms WITHDRAWN

The application has been withdrawn by the applicant.

Homestead Acres, LLC has submitted an application for a contract zone for a multi-unit development in the VMU/CO district.  The review process is governed by Section 19-256.5 of the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance and includes several layers of review by different town bodies before approval. Planning Board  - The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing the formal application and forwarding a recommendation to the Town Council.
