Description
The Friends of Clapboard Island will make a presentation on their efforts, in conjunction with the Falmouth Land Trust and the Maine Coast Heritage Trust, to purchase and preserve the northern portion of Clapboard Island and to open it for public use.
Materials attached to this item include comments from the Town's Conservation Commission and Land Management and Acquisition Committee in support of the proposal, the open space property rating, possible budget scenarios for the purchase of the property, and a Critical Issues Analysis that reviews the natural resources on the island.
