Summary
Order to adopt revisions to the Comprehensive Plan, dated February 7, 2014.
A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes per person)
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
On February 7, 2014, the State of Maine approved the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. This approval is based on a set of draft changes that staff prepared and submitted in response to State review comments since the Council’s original adoption of the plan on October 28, 2013.
Due to the extent of these draft revisions, staff recommends that the Council consider re-adopting the plan inclusive of these revisions. Staff believes that none of the revisions are substantive.
The staff memo that is attached provides a chart which lists references to each State comment and the Town's draft response.
