Summary

Order to accept Farm Gate Road as a public street and an Order to accept a sewer easement from Tidewater, LLC.

A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). 

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.

Description

An application for street acceptance of Farm Gate Road has been submitted by both Tidewater, LLC and JCAP Properties Inc., represented by Fay, Spofford, and Thorndike (FST).  Farm Gate Road is located off Clearwater Drive and Lunt Road. It totals 2,575 feet in length and serves 16 lots total.

The Town Council held a presentation during its August 25th meeting. Since that meeting, notification letters were sent to all abutting property owners as part of a public notification process. 

The developers have satisfied all conditions and requirements set forth within the Town ordinance with regards to street acceptance.

The following draft orders are enclosed for consideration:

  1. A draft order to approve the acceptance Farm Gate Road as a public street.
  2. A draft order to accept a sewer easement from Tidewater, LLC.
