Public Hearing on an amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to restore provisions for non-residential parking along Route One.

Description
Staff are requesting an amendment to correct an unintended consequence created when the May 2013 Village Center amendments were adopted. This affects flexibility in the location of non-residential parking along Route One. An introduction letter from Councilor Goldberg, explanatory memo and amendment language are attached. The conceptual schedule is:
October 15 – Council Hearing
November 4 – MRA Hearing
November 10 – Council Order
