Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute a deed for title to 23.9 acres of open space conservation lands in the Grove Forel Baek Subdivision, map-lot R07-100, to become an expansion of the Hardy Road Conservation Area.
A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes per person)
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
It is the recommendation of the Land Management and Acquisition Committee to support the request by Risbara Brothers Construction Company to offer, through title and fee, 29.3 acres of conservation property associated with the Grove Forel Baek Subdivision on Hardy Road. This additional acreage will connect two town-owned parcels (Brookside Drive conservation set-aside and the former town dump property, Hardy Road Conservation Area) and become an expansion of the Hardy Road Conservation Area.
