Description
Fred Chase, owner of Brookfield Road, has submitted an application requesting that that the Town accept Brookfield as a public way. The applicant is requesting guidance from the Council as to whether the existing site features adequately meet the Town's street connectivity policy, and also whether the Town would be interested in acquiring the open space/common areas associated with the subdivision.
Attached are a memo from staff, a copy of the approved subdivision plan, and a copy of the street connectivity policy as approved in 2010.
