Summary
Order to approve an addition to the Family Ice facilities.

Description
Family Ice is seeking to construct a one-story, 500 square foot building addition to the existing Family Ice facility off Hat Trick Drive. The purpose of the proposed addition is to accommodate a new girls locker room. Under the terms of the 1998 lease agreement between Family Ice and the Town, Family Ice is required to obtain Town Council approval for the design and location of all buildings and improvements on the property. In addition to needing Town Council approval, Family Ice is also required to obtain Minor Site Approval from the Planning Office. Family Ice has already commenced the Minor Site Review process.
Attached are a cover letter from Family Ice explaining the project, the 1998 lease agreement, an aerial photo showing the location of the proposed building addition (outlined in red), a proposed floor plan of the locker room area, and a partial building elevation showing that the siding and roof pitch will match the existing building.
