Summary
Introduction of an amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone the property located at 9 Lunt Road from RA to VCC.
A public comment period will not be included with this item.
ACTION: Schedule Public Hearing.
Description
The property at 9 Lunt Road (Parcel U24-020) was acquired to accomodate the expansion of the Falmouth Memorial Library. The proposed map amendment will extend the boundary of the VCC district to include this parcel, which is currently zoned RA.
Attached is a letter of introduction from Councilor Farber, a letter from project engineer William Haskell, and a site plan detailing the proposed change.
