Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to reduce the required permitting fees for the Falmouth Memorial Library's expansion project.

Description
The Design Committee of the Falmouth Memorial Library's Board of Trustees has been working on the development of the final design for the library expansion. They have recently asked for the Town to consider waiving all permitting fees associated with the building project. Staff have recommended that the Library pay a reduced level of fees to cover the Town's actual direct costs. This amount does not include capturing all indirect costs such as supervision, general overhead, liabilty insurance, etc, however it should be enough to pay for direct costs associated with staff time. This is similar to the process the Council approved for Casco Bay Youth Hockey in 2014.
