Summary
Public Hearing and Order to approve a new liquor license for Rivalries Falmouth, LLC.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Lance Meader, owner of Rivalries Falmouth, LLC, is requesting approval for a liquor license for the new Rivalries restaurant at 2 Hat Trick Drive.
Liquor licenses are issued by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages. All new licenses require a public hearing and must be approved by the Town Council before being sent to Augusta.
The application for a new liquor license and the order are attached.
