Summary
Presentation by the Falmouth Land Trust and Cultivating Communities regarding programming for the Hurricane Valley Farm property.

Description
The Falmouth Land Trust purchased the property now known as Hurricane Valley Farm on Route 100 with the financial assistance of the Town. To forward the goal of maintaining and expanding the farm activity on the site they have partnered with Cultivating Community. The requested programming for the site would include activities related to, but outside of, the town's definition of farming. These added activities will require a zoning amendment and most likely an amendment to our Large Outdoor Event Ordinance. Attached are materials from FLT and CC describing the desired programming.
