Summary
Order to authorize the extension of public sewer to serve the development of three parcels off Route 88.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).

Description
A developer has requested the town accept an extension of public sewer to accommodate three new residential building lots off Route 88. The proposed development is situated between Knight Street and Ricker Road. This development will not require subdivision approval from the Planning Board. When subdivision approval is unnecessary and there is an need for a common sewer collection system on private property, the Town’s ordinance requires the extension to be a public extension. A memorandum explaining the development and ordinance language is attached. Also attached are the project plans, easement plan and easement language. The easement will allow the Town to maintain the sewer collection line after the initial construction/installation. The cost of initial construction will be the responsibility of the developer and the Town will be responsible for the ongoing cost of maintenance.
