The Committee will meet in Executive Session from 8 to 9:30am pursuant to the Laws of Maine to interview and discuss board and committee applicants and vacancies, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. §405 (6)(A). The public portion of the meeting will begin at 9:30am.

On Monday, November 16, 2020, at 9:30 am, the Appointments Committee will conduct a virtual meeting using emergency legislation, Sec. G-1 MRSA §403-A, that allows cities and towns to conduct meetings online.

In order to participate in the “public comment” portion of the meeting, please make sure your Zoom application is up to date. Otherwise, you will need to call into the meeting to participate.
