Discussion about Review of Town Street Acceptance Policies and Ordinance and Process for Reviewing Applications.
Description
At its annual work plan retreat, the Council decided to review the policies and ordinance associated with street acceptance. Staff and the Town Attorney are also interested in reviewing the process for reviewing applications. At its October 26, 2020 meeting the Council assigned this review to the Ordinance Committee.
