Description
Staff are requesting an amendment to correct an unintended consequence created when the May 2013 Village Center amendments were adopted. This affects flexibility in the location of non-residential parking along Route One. An introduction letter from Councilor Goldberg, explanatory memo and amendment language are attached.
The Planning Board, acting as the Town's designated Municipal Reviewing Authority, held their public hearing on Tuesday, November 4. A staff memo with the results of that hearing is attached.
