Summary
Ordinance to amend the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance Section 19, to create a special overlay district for 60 Gray Road.

Description
Joe Cooper, owner of 60 Gray Road, has requested an amendment to allow parking in the front setback to accommodate additional parking between a building and the street. Attached are a letter of introduction, the proposed amendment language, and renderings provided by the applicant of the proposed parking layout and landscaping.
The Route 100 committee made recommendations specific to this property in its report dated May 2015. An excerpt of the report is attached with the items pertinent to 60 Gray Road marked.
The Planning Board, acting in its capacity as the Town's Municipal Reviewing Authority, has held several hearings on the proposed amendment. Excerpts from the minutes of each meeting are attached.
