Summary
Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map to rezone the property located at 9 Lunt Road from RA to VCC.

Description
The property at 9 Lunt Road (Parcel U24-020) was acquired to accommodate the expansion of the Falmouth Memorial Library. The proposed map amendment will extend the boundary of the VCC district to include this parcel, which is currently zoned RA.
Attached is a letter of introduction from Councilor Farber, a letter from project engineer William Haskell, and a site plan detailing the proposed change. Also attached is a memorandum that describes the Planning Board most recent decision, in their role as the Municipal Review Authority, to recommend adoption of the ordinance.
