Summary
Ordinance to amend the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to revise the Retirement Community Overlay District's (RCOD) conceptual master plan, and to amend the Zoning Map to extend the RCOD to include the properties at 170, 172, and 174 Middle Road.
A public comment period will not be included with this item as public comment was taken at an earlier date.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Ocean View Retirement Community LTD Partnership (represented by Chris Wasileski and Matt Teare) is requesting an expansion of the Ocean View Retirement Community Overlay District. The expansion would include three parcels on the west side of Middle Road, 170 (U27-013-A2), 172 (U27-013-A) and 174 (U27-013-A1). They are also requesting amendments to the Master Plan for the District in order to add 14 cottages to the Schoolhouse Cottage project and to accommodate an expansion of the Falmouth House.
