Introduction to amendments to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to revise the Retirement Community Overlay District's (RCOD) conceptual master plan, and to amend the Zoning Map to extend the RCOD to include the properties at 170, 172, and 174 Middle Road.

Item 7

Order to establish an ad-hoc committee with the charge to recommend to the Council a long range vision and plan for the Route 1 North corridor between the Turnpike Spur and the town line with the Town of Cumberland.
