Item 1 (d)	Order to appoint members to the Council Ordinance Committee.
Item 1 (e)	Order to appoint members to the Community Development Committee.
Item 1 (f)	Order to appoint members to the Council Appointments/Personnel Committee.
Item 1 (g)	Order to appoint Council members to serve as liaisons to various boards and committees.

Item 3 (a) (Consent Agenda)	Order to approve the minutes of the May 9, 2016, Town Council Special Meeting. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 3 (b) (Consent Agenda)	Order to approve the minutes of the May 16, 2016, Town Council Special Meeting. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 3 (c) (Consent Agenda)	Order to approve the minutes of the May 23, 2016, Town Council Meeting. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 3 (d) (Consent Agenda)	Order to certify the June 14, 2016 Election results. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 4	Resolution to authorize Capital Improvement Program Funding for the purchase of Fire/EMS apparatus. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 5	Discussion of zoning method to enable expansion of Foreside Estates as requested by Princeton Properties. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.
Item 6	Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss and consider the acquisition real estate rights, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (C). A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 7	Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss the Town Manager's employment contract, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (A). A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is possible once the Council returns to regular session.
