Presentation and discussion regarding a proposal from Habitat for Humanity to construct affordable housing on land owned by the town and abutting the Police Station.

Description
Habitat for Humanity is proposing to develop 25 middle income affordable homes on town owned property located near the Police Station on Woods Road. Representatives of Habitat for Humanity will be at the meeting and give a presentation on their proposal. A copy of the presentation is attached
