Summary
Discussion of a possible Affordable Senior Housing Project at the former Plummer School by OceanView and the potential role of the Town in that project.
A public comment period will not be included with this item.

Description
OceanView is exploring the renovation and use of, and possible addition to, the former Plummer School for Affordable Senior Housing and is interested to explore the potential role that the Town might have in that project. At the Town Council meeting on September 16, 2015, the Town Council discussed a possible transfer of a portion of the “Village Green,” located between the former Lunt and Plummer Schools, to OceanView. This meeting will continue discussion on the project.

- Updated Master Plan showing revised landscape and parking improvements
- Comparison of Smaller and Larger Addition from OceanView's Perspective
- Tax Scenarios of Smaller and Larger Addition using TIF (prepared by Town staff)
Note: The larger addition will require approximately 0.22 acres or 9% of the Village Green property.
