Description
At their meeting on July 28, 2015, the Board of Zoning Appeals approved an appeal for a mislocated dwelling for the property at 80 U.S Route 1. The next step for final approval is the Council to determine a penalty and approve the Consent Agreement. The application has been submitted as required. Please find attached information from the applicant's attorney as well as the applicable ordinances.
