Summary
An update from the Conservation Commission on Council work plan items CP 67 & 68, relating to a review of the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance for wetlands protection.
A public comment period will not be included with this item.
ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
The Conservation Commission was assigned this task in the 2016 Work Plan and has chosen to review the LPAC report and recommended ordinance amendments that was completed in 2009. This body of work was science based and included a detailed review of local, state and federal regulations. The Commission has prepared a statement regarding its review and recommendations.
