Summary
Order to carry forward $47,800.00 of unspent funding from the FY17 Street Line Painting line item, such funding to be used in FY 18.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
This action is necessary to carry forward unspent funds to complete street line painting during the 2017 construction season. Street lines are typically applied in the spring however the contractor was not available this spring and the cost will be incurred in FY2018. If we want to maintain a spring schedule for the 2018 construction season, we will need to carry forward the unexpended funds from FY2017. A copy of the order is attached.
