Summary
Ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances to establish residency requirements for certain boards, committees and commissions.
A public comment period will not be included with this item as public comment was taken at an earlier date.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The current code addresses residency requirements for certain boards, committees and commissions but not for all. This amendment would establish residency requirements for all members of boards, committees and commissions that are not currently addressed in the Code.
