Resolution to proclaim September 2017 as Falmouth Memorial Library Month.

Description
September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when the American Library Association and libraries nationwide join together to remind parents, caregivers, and students that signing up for a library card is the first step toward academic achievement and lifelong learning.
Councilor Farber has proposed the attached resolution to proclaim September as Falmouth Memorial Library Month and to urge all residents to visit and support our town library.
