Summary
Request from Councilor King to work with staff on a moratorium introduction to prohibit the development of two-family and multi-family development in the Growth Area residential districts.

Description
Councilor King requests that the Council move forward with an introduction for a moratorium to prohibit new two-family and multi-family development in residential growth districts until such time as the work plan item to amend the Resource Conservation Zoning Overlay District to include two-family and multi-family development is complete. A statement from Councilor King is forthcoming.
