Summary
Public Hearing and Order to approve a new liquor license for Esidores Bistro @ Night.
A public comment period will be included (5 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Jason Harris, of Esidores LLC, is requesting approval for a new liquor license for Esidores Bistro @ Night, 204 US Route 1, Mr. Harris will be operating in the same location as Bernie’s Foreside.
Liquor licenses are issued by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages. All new licenses require a public hearing and must be approved by the Town Council before being sent to Augusta.
The application for a new liquor license and the order are attached.
