Description
The Council scheduled this workshop to continue discussing possible zoning amendments to address issues associated with residential housing densities in the RA, RB, and RD Zoning Districts. Attached are a 12/7/17 staff memo summarizing the status of work to-date on this issue, the 11/22/17 staff memo provided for the last workshop meeting, a copy of the town’s zoning map, and the town’s ordinance language related to Residential Planned Developments. Staff are currently working on putting together a conceptual sketch comparing a theoretical development under existing zoning vs a scenario with reduced density. This will be posted to the website prior to Monday’s workshop.
