Summary
Supplemental appropriation and transfer in the amount of $450,000 from unassigned fund balance for the LED street light conversion project.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes per person).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Town Manager will present an update on the LED streetlight conversion process to date, including the background of changing the law and a financial analysis, will outline current and next steps, and discuss fixture selection. These new fixtures will be municipally owned, rather than utility owned as they have been previously. A representative from RealTerm Energy, the Town's consultant assisting with these efforts, will be available to answer questions. Attached is an Interim Report from RealTerm Energy.
