Summary
Council review of the draft contract zone agreement for Homestead Farm LLC and Turning Point Development LLC.

ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
The draft agreement was presented to the Council on February 12, 2018 and as a result of input at that meeting, the developer has submitted revised versions of the agreement and Exhibit 4. Attached to the packet are the draft agreement and the exhibits as submitted on February 16, 2018 as well as a memo from the applicant outlining the changes that have been made since the February 12 version. A staff review is also attached.
