Description
An application has been submitted by FL Ventures, LLC for street acceptance of Garden Way. Town Staff have issued the attached memorandums in order to assist the Town Council in its review of the application. Street acceptance is governed by Division 14-2-2 of the Code of Ordinances, which can be accessed by following this link: Click here along with the Council's street connectivity policy, which is attached to this item.
Garden Way is located off Ledgewood Drive. The street length totals 825 feet and Garden Way serves eight residential properties.
