Summary
Discussion on a draft temporary sign ordinance.

Description
Community Development Committee Chair Karen Farber and Town staff will update the Council on the progress of completing a draft temporary sign ordinance. Like permanent signs, the existing regulations need to be updated to comply with the 2015 US Supreme Court case Reed v. Gilbert. Due to the required changes, some challenges have arisen regarding administration and the CDC seeks input from the Council. Attached to this item is the draft ordinance as of March 21, 2018.
