Description
FL Ventures, LLC, owner/developer of Garden Way, has submitted an application requesting that the Town accept Garden Way as a public street. The application has been reviewed by Town staff and the Town’s attorney and was presented to the Town Council at the March 12, 2018 meeting.
A memorandum from Public Works Director Jay Reynolds, is attached. The memo provides further detail to the specifics of the application. A copy of the amended subdivision plan, as-built plans, associated deeds, and related property conveyance documents are also attached.
This item was first presented at the Council's March 12 meeting. At that time, the Council requested a copy of a memo drafted by staff that shows the cost of accepting a private street in terms of street maintenance. That memo can be accessed by following this link: click here.
