Summary
Ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances Div. II-2-3-12. Economic Improvement Committee to update the charge of the Falmouth Economic Improvement Committee (FEIC).
A public comment period will not be included with this item as public comment was taken at an earlier date.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
In 2015 the Town developed an Economic Development Strategy. The Falmouth Economic Improvement Committee (FEIC) has been working to assist the Council with its implementation. As part of its discussions, the Committee felt that an update of its charge was in order. While no major changes are proposed, the charge’s language is here and there clarified. The Committee’s membership is proposed to remain as is.
