Order to appoint members to the Council's ad-hoc Committee on Retail Marijuana.
Description
At the May 22, 2017, meeting, the Town Council established an ad-hoc Council committee consisting of three councilors to make recommendations to the Council regarding zoning amendments and licensing requirements, as needed, related to retail (commercial) marijuana enterprises in Falmouth. The order establishing the committee, including the committee's charge, is attached.
