Summary
Public forum on a proposed mixed use development at the Falmouth Shopping Center property and Turnpike Spur Ramp area by 122 PTIP, LLC and 20 Thames Street, LLC.
A public comment period will be included with this item (5 minutes per person).

Description
The Falmouth Shopping Center property was recently sold by JPA Management to 122 PTIP, LLC and 20 Thames Street, LLC. The new owners are proposing a mixed use development for the property, called "Falmouth Center," that includes 21 new buildings encompassing over one million square feet of floor area. The proposed development plans include adjacent land currently owned by the Maine Department of Transportation that is occupied by Turnpike Spur Ramps to Route 1.
The purpose of this public forum is to receive initial public comments on the proposed development. The developer will offer a brief presentation and update prior to public comment.
The attachments include materials submitted by the developer for the June 4, 2018 Town Council meeting as well as an amended site plan that includes adjustments to the location of the sports buildings and fields. The fields have been moved west approximately 50’ and the building has been rotated and moved 290’ west.
