Summary
Public Hearing and Order to approve a new liquor license for The Barn at Smith Farm.
A public comment period will be included (5 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Molly Ritzo, of Milly's Skillet LLC, is requesting approval for a new liquor license for The Barn at Smith Farm, 226 Gray Road. The Barn at Smith Farm will be open seasonally, April through November, and will offer both indoor and outdoor dining.
Liquor licenses are issued by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages. All new licenses require a public hearing and must be approved by the Town Council before being sent to Augusta.
The application for a new liquor license and the order are attached.
