Discussion about November 15th public forum on residential density and recent zoning changes.

Description
Following the Council's April 2018 resolution regarding residential density, the Long Range Planning Committee (LPAC) conducted a public forum on November 15, 2018. The forum was facilitated by Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions. Highlights of the forum are described in the attached report. A second report provides an on-line evaluation of the forum event.
As next steps, LPAC will evaluated the public feedback received, review applicable zoning regulations, and review actual development data. When LPAC has formulated its preliminary recommendations, a second public forum is expected to be conducted before LPAC's recommendations are finalized and presented to the Council.
