Summary
Update from the Long Range Planning Advisory Committee (LPAC) on residential growth and density and recent zoning changes.

Description
Following the Council's April 2018 resolution regarding residential density, the Long Range Planning Committee (LPAC) conducted a public forum on November 15, 2018 and gave an update to the Town Council on December 10, 2018. LPAC has been evaluating the public feedback received, reviewing applicable zoning regulations, analyzing actual development data, and considering zoning options. The committee expects to deliver its recommendations for the RA district to the Council in March 2019. A second public forum (final date TBD) is expected to be conducted before LPAC's recommendations are finalized and presented to the Council.
