Workshop discussion on the implementation of the 2018-19 Council Work Plan.

Description
Each summer the Council reviews the Council Work Plan of the prior year and develops a Work Plan for the coming year. The purpose of this meeting is to review the progress made on this year's work plan, and make any modifications as necessary.
