Description
Several Town Councilors have requested that there be a discussion in advance of the public forum regarding the format of the forum.
Several Town Councilors have also requested a discussion about possible options for ordinance amendments related to residential density and lot dimensional requirements in the RA zoning district. These options may include what is being offered by LPAC, which will be discussed at the forum on March 28 and/or other options which, could include suggestions made by the public and/or Town Councilors. And, options could include enacting a retroactively applicable ordinance.
